Overview

The Utility / Floor Technician position provides the shampoo carpets, waxing, stripping, polishing and buffing floors.

Pay Rate : $21.00 to $21.00 per hour.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift : 6pm - 2 : 30am Monday - Friday

Position Summary Details :

The Utility / Floor Tech position provides the cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors clean.

Essential Functions :

• Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Duties also include assisting the Building / Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in / move outs).
• Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
