Position Purpose :

The In-Store Environment Project Manager for Off-Shelf Merchandising is responsible for managing the planning and execution of the off-shelf programs (National and Regional In-Store Events / Quarterly MAP) to support merchandising strategies. The role has a heavy focus on managing SKU Data, as well as, partnering with Merchandising, Field Merchandising, IPR, Operations, Finance, and multiple other cross-functional teams to execute off-shelf programs in The Home Depot stores.

Key Responsibilities :

• 30% Accurate SKU / Data Maintenance to support the planning & execution of the off shelf programs
• 20% Partnership with Merchandising, Field Merchandising, and multiple cross-functional teams to successfully plan and execute the off-shelf programs
• 20% Ensure all stakeholders are involved all the way through the planning process (from kick off to in-store date). Regular project status meetings with Merchants and cross-functional teams are required
• 15% Deliver clear and thorough communications to stores / MET for in-store execution
• 10% Ensure off-shelf programs are executed on time, and all deliverables are met
• 5% Ensure off-shelf programs are set at the Innovation Center (IC) for required approvals
