ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. We provide a full range of ground aviation services, from ticketing and ground handling to cabin cleaning and cargo. provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations.

ERMC is seeking a passenger boarding bridge technician.

Our bridge maintenance technicians play a vital role in ensuring the services we provide meet high-quality standards set forth by our clients while pursuing a rewarding career in the asset maintenance industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Performing maintenance and repair operations
  • Assists with basic maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning, and greasing.
  • Other Miscellaneous Routine Maintenance, as needed
  • Diagnoses equipment failures under the guidance of senior personnel; ensures equipment is running safely.
  • Takes direction and seeks the guidance and expertise of senior-level personnel and accepts their training and mentoring.
  • Reads and interprets repair manuals, basic schematics, and supervisor / manager's instructions.
  • Follows and complies with all company and federally established policies and procedures; completes all applicable training courses assigned by the company
  • Completes forms connected with work assignments according to established procedures.
  • Compliance with all ELS safety programs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. Able to effectively use relevant material handling equipment.
  • Able to remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Mechanical or electrical experience / knowledge
  • Maintenance experience, with experience maintaining passenger boarding bridges.
  • Standard Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
  • Must possess a government ID and social security card.
  • Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
  • Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
  • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
  • Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
