Description :

New position to support an increase in cardiac surgery volume.

Productivity is currently at 121% for the last six weeks and 99% year-to-date.

There is a vacancy rate of 35.7%.

The unit has a capacity of 20 beds and is a mixed medical and surgical critical care unit.

Virtual nursing support will require 2.7 FTEs to be allocated from staffing.
