LPN - Personal Care

Flex / PRN

Pay Rates Starting at $32.50 / hr

Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse

Status : FLEX / PRN

Shift : All Shifts

Salary Range : $32.50 / hr PLUS Shift Differentials including $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do as a LPN with Garden Spot?

Communicate pertinent information during between shifts to ensure continuity of resident care.

Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action.

Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action immediately.

Provide supervision to Nursing Assistant providing direct resident care.

Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians' orders and accurately record all care provided.

Document resident progress notes as required.

Give daily instruction to Nursing Assistants regarding care related to treatment.

What do I need as a LPN with Garden Spot?

Current and valid LPN license in PA.

Organizational skills and do sequential events.

Possess initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact and respond appropriately to resident, families, physician and all other visitors / customers on the unit.
