Key Responsibilities : As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during ophthalmic procedures, including cataract, retina, and glaucoma cases. Your primary duties will include :

• Providing pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care, utilizing eye blocks, topical anesthesia, and light sedation.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments to prepare for monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitoring and managing patient recovery, addressing immediate post-operative needs.
• Collaborating closely with ophthalmologists, surgical teams, and fellow CRNAs to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
