Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive financial services to AACU members, including consumer loans and cash transactions.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, certificates of deposit (CDs), and credit cards.
• Originate and process consumer loans, including credit reviews, application submissions, and loan maintenance.
• Handle complex account maintenance tasks, such as joint removals, fraud transfers, and closing member accounts.
• Assist members with electronic banking and promote credit union electronic delivery channels, including smartphone and tablet applications.
• Conduct branch audits and actively participate in branch and credit union events to engage with the community.
• Maintain professional and courteous service to internal and external customers, adhering to AACU's core values of Responsibility, Education, Inclusiveness, and Growth.
• Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager and ensure compliance with internal policies and federal / state regulations.

Pay Information :

The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. This position is eligible for incentives based on overall performance. Grade Value 800 : $20.00 - $26.97

Training : Paid training will be at our corporate headquarters in Colorado Springs, Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm, in mid-November.
