About the Role :

The Flatwork / DryFold position at our Atlanta Plant is a critical role focused on the efficient processing and handling of flatwork textiles and dry folded items. The primary objective is to ensure that all linens, towels, and related products are folded, sorted, and prepared to meet quality standards and customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail to maintain the integrity and presentation of each item while adhering to safety and operational protocols. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall productivity of the plant by working collaboratively with team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, this position plays a vital part in delivering high-quality finished products that meet both internal and external customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of textile handling and folding processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
