Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential and industrial projects in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multifamily and industrial construction projects from pre-construction planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress, budget, and schedule updates, to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
