Job Summary
The SAP Business Support Analyst is accountable for supporting and training users on NRG's Work Management tools across Plant Operations. This role provides leadership and technical expertise to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of work management initiatives. The analyst serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of SAP and related systems.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Work Management Support
- Provide user support for SAP, Fiori, Mobility, and NWBS / Project-related requests
- Understanding of TRACK Contractor Management System
- Manage security access
- Respond to training requests and deliver user education sessions
SAP Support
Support SAP Plant Maintenance and associated modulesTroubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issuesCollaborate with IT and business teams to enhance SAP functionalityTraining
Develop and deliver training materials for SAP and related toolsConduct workshops and one-on-one training sessionsEnsure consistent user adoption and process complianceTools and Applications
Leverage reporting tools for data analysis and performance trackingSupport integration and interface activities between systemsIntegration and Liaison
Act as a liaison between Plant Operations and IT teamsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve work management processesSupport change management and continuous improvement initiativesWorking Conditions
Hybrid reporting to an office with occasional plant visits or remote workWillingness to work outside normal business hours as necessary, especially during critical issue resolution and to achieve project milestonesModerate level of travel outside of home officeMinimum Requirements
Relevant industry experienceExperience in planning, scheduling, and maintenance managementPreferred Qualifications
Five years of power generation experienceHeavy industry MaintenanceBS or BA degree in a business or related fieldPM, PDM experienceAdditional KSAs

The base salary range for this position is : $85,680 - $141,360
The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
