CLEANER

Job Title

General Function : Cleans and maintains buildings / facilities. Works under the supervision of the Property Manager.

Typical Duties : The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.

• Cleans restroom facilities of main office building.
• Vacuums common areas, hallways, and executive offices.
• Dusts appropriate common areas and executive offices.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Functional knowledge of different cleaning methods. Ability to take directions and adapt to flexible environment or the experience that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Desirable Experience & Training : High school diploma or its equivalent and at 0-2 years of experience in the cleaning service industry.
