• Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated

• Occupational Therapist (OT)
• to join our interdisciplinary team. The OT will provide evaluation, treatment, caregiver education, and consultative services within the guidelines of the NM DD Waiver. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and meaningful work that makes a daily difference.
• Responsibilities
• Conduct functional and adaptive skill evaluations consistent with DD Waiver standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support independence in daily living, sensory regulation, and motor skills.
• Provide direct therapy services and caregiver training in home or community settings.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications to promote safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs, SLPs, case managers, and behavior support consultants.
• Participate in annual ISP (Individual Service Plan) meetings and contribute to client goal development.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation per DDSD and agency guidelines.
• Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional practice regulations.
• Qualifications
• Current New Mexico Occupational Therapy License
• in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes or community settings.
