What You’ll Do :

• Set up and operate CNC Lathes or Mills to produce high-quality parts.
• Make program edits and adjustments as needed.
• Work from blueprints and written instructions to meet tight tolerances and specifications.
• Set up tooling, vices, and fixtures efficiently.
• Manage multiple jobs or setups in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure parts meet quality and visual standards — dimensional accuracy is key!
• Modify or write CNC programs when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to solve production challenges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
