Part Time

Shift : 6 : 30 am- 2 : 30 pm

Starting wage up to $23 / hr based on experience

Job Details : Install new and used modular office systems, wall and office furniture. This includes dismantling and reassembly of existing units. Assist in remodeling and rearranging new and existing store fixtures and remote distribution / phone centers. Must be able to work a 40-hour week and be available for overtime as business needs arise. Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions, and report incidents. Install / knowledge of power whips for electrical systems on various modular furniture types. Work with IT department for running data cables for furniture reconfigurations. Remove and install carpet and base cove at all Lands' End facilities (on campus and remote sites). Assist Facilities Grounds Crew with the snow removal / shoveling of all sidewalks, entryways, emergency exits, fire hydrants and PIV water valves. Keep equipment work logs and mechanical work records as assigned using Excel.

Required Skills : Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Electrical experience preferred. Basic carpentry skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Basic motor vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostic skills. Current driver's license required with acceptable driving record. Must obtain certification to operate forklifts and all Lands' End motorized vehicles.
