In this position, you will support multiple sites, including Trevose, Doylestown, and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Your role as an IT Support Specialist will involve managing day-to-day operations and resolving technical issues through both remote assistance and on-site visits. Travel will be required to various locations to perform essential technical tasks. The work environment is primarily MS Windows-based, with a variety of mobile technologies varying by site.
