Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect to drive strategic architecture vision and alignment across key stakeholders; and define and govern architecture standards, principles, best practices, and patterns for firmwide adoption. The candidate will join a lean diverse global Enterprise Architecture team committed to fostering a culture where individuals from various backgrounds and experiences can thrive.

The ideal candidate brings knowledge of Agile, Cloud, DevOps principles and values; experiences in collaboration across complex organizations, removing impediments, and ensuring team progress towards their missions and deliverables. Candidate must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to resolve issues and interdependencies across organizations.

Primary responsibilities

• Leading key architectural projects of firm-wide significance.
• Driving the Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture vision and strategy.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders locally in New York and more broadly.
• Driving the long-term evolution of the IT estate in support of the high-level business strategy.
• Governance and oversight of architecture activities.
• Championing the adoption of architecture practices.
• Architecture thought leadership.
• Fostering Architecture community across the Firm and Divisions.
