BCBA Parent Trainer - Fully Remote

Join Our Team as a Remote BCBA Parent Trainer!

Are you passionate about making a difference in families’ lives? We’re looking for a caring and dedicated BCBA to work with families remotely, guiding parents and caregivers to implement effective ABA strategies at home. If you love helping children reach their potential and enjoy working from the comfort of your own space, this might be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do :

  • Connect with families via video calls to assess their child’s needs and develop personalized behavior plans.
  • Coach parents step-by-step on how to use ABA techniques at home, providing support and encouragement along the way.
  • Monitor progress, review data, and make adjustments to strategies to help children succeed.
  • Offer ongoing support, answer questions, and troubleshoot challenges for families.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to providing top-quality services.

About You :

  • You’re a certified BCBA with a warm, empathetic approach—that truly cares about families.
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms to connect and teach remotely.
  • Great at explaining ABA concepts in simple, friendly ways.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage your caseload efficiently from anywhere.
  • Experienced with parent training and telehealth preferred, but recent grads are encouraged to apply!
