Position Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensuring strong fiscal management, compliance, and accurate reporting. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights that align with the company’s mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor cash flow, funding, and financial performance to support operational sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and healthcare or grant-related guidelines.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
• Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Support revenue cycle management
• Implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor accounting / finance staff, fostering professional growth.
