- Work-Life Balance : Flexible schedule based on your practice. Rotate between the clinic, the Main OR, and the Surgery Center with Fridays off.
- Favorable Call Schedule : One weekend per month, and other physicians provide relief call
- Culture & Support : Collaborative environment with APP support and PRN physician does all weekend rounding

Base salary $700,000 + wRVU bonus
