Bilingual Loan Processor (Spanish)

About the Role

Join a leading PACE Home Improvement Financing organization that provides affordable, upfront funding for energy- and water-saving home improvements. We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Loan Processor to manage high-volume loan applications and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with contractors and borrowers.
• Manage a loan pipeline and process a high volume of applications daily.
• Navigate multiple systems and accurately enter loan data.
• Originate, process, and close consumer loans in an automated call center environment, emphasizing first-call resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Client Success Managers to support contractor pipelines.
• Partner with Underwriting to ensure compliance with credit matrices and improve loan conversion rates.
• Communicate lending status and decisions clearly to consumers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements while suggesting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience : 1-2 years in a high-volume call center environment.
• Industry : Financial services, consumer lending, mortgage, auto lending, or fraud prevention.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and swing / night shifts.
• Tech-savvy with MAC systems and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, adaptable to large workloads, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Located within following states : CA, AZ, TX, OR, FL or GA

Work Environment & Scheduling :

• Remote position; must have a suitable home office.
• Training : 2-3 weeks : Monday-Friday, 9 : 30 AM-6 : 00 PM PST.
• Hours of Operation after training : Must be open to working 5 day / 40hour week within : Mon-Sun, 8 : 00 AM-8 : 00 PM PST.
• Flexible days off (may not always be consecutive).
• Expect overtime during peak summer season.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Paso, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
