Program Manager 1

The Program Manager 1 leads program planning and execution of individual or a collection of disparate projects concurrently of minor complexity involving low to moderate risk. Responsible for full life cycle of Draper projects from contract award through close-out. Responsible for program development for follow-on activities for new opportunities with the same customer base or assigned market sector to include writing of winning proposals.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or related field of study required.
Experience : 3-5 years experience in program related area with functional or program management experience. Aerospace systems experience is preferred.
Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Active Top Secret clearance is required.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000.00 - $237,500.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
