What You’ll Do

Run company-generated leads and develop self-generated business through referrals and field marketing.

Perform roof and siding inspections for storm damage or retail projects.

Prepare and present estimates for repairs or replacements.

Meet with insurance adjusters to verify damage and ensure accurate scope of work.

Educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and insurance claim processes.

Build and maintain long-term customer and referral relationships.

Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events — BNI, Chamber of Commerce, Master Networks, and HBA meetings.

Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and trade partners to create ongoing referral streams.

Collect 5-Star Google Reviews and follow up with prospects twice weekly.

Help homeowners with color selections and contract finalization.

Attend weekly sales strategy meetings with the St. Charles team.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, siding, construction, or restoration preferred).

Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Comfortable explaining the insurance claims process.

Capable of climbing roofs and inspecting property exteriors.

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a desire to win.

Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Performance Goals

Generate $108,000 + in monthly sales revenue.

Maintain a 35 % closing ratio or higher.

Balance leads 50 / 50 between company-provided and self-generated.

Develop at least 10 new referral partners each month.

Protect company profit margins through accurate estimating and ethical selling.
