Advanced Practice Provider - CVH Primary Care @Minden Village - Full Time

RETENTION BONUS - $30,000.00!!

POSITION SUMMARY :

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team and the scope of practice guidelines. Relies on protocols for authorization to perform medical functions of diagnosing, treating and performance of any other function that is considered within the scope of medical practice.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• American Nurses Association credentialing certification OR Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Advanced Practice Nurse licensure in the State of Nevada OR Physician Assistant licensure in the State of Nevada.
• DEA license
• Current BLS certificate
• Ability to communicate with employees, physicians, patients and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner.

BENEFITS : If you are scheduled to work part-time at least 20 hours per week and full-time at least 32 hours per week, you are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Monday - Thursday; shift varies based on need;
