As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of professionals in planning and executing a diverse range of events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and large-scale conferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of various events and functions
• Support event planning processes including budgeting, logistics, and vendor management
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
• Help maintain event project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including equipment and materials
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise
• Gather feedback post-event to evaluate success and identify improvement opportunities
