WHO WE NEED

Come join our Specialty Precast team! Delta is seeking a versatile and team-oriented Project Structural Engineer . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology with a structural emphasis; 4-10 years’ experience in precast production of reinforced / prestressed concrete preferred.

• The candidate should have a strong understanding of structural analysis, design, and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel.
• Candidate should exhibit an understanding and knowledge of at least three of the following codes : AASHTO, ACI, PCI, ASCE 7 and / or IBC.
• The candidate should be familiar with at least one of the following structural analysis / design software such as Concise Beam, Eriksson Culvert, RISA, Enercalc, SAP2000.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling them to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
• This position will require an individual to have a strong technical ability, with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• The position provides a competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities with compensation dependent upon education and experience.
• The ideal candidate will hold a PE, but it is not required.

Delta is driven to exceed our clients’ expectations on every project. Accordingly, the successful applicant for this position must be willing to occasionally work adjusted hours / overtime.

Hiring Salary Range : $75,000-$90,000 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities along with an internal equity and alignment with market area data.)
