Senior Financial Planning Analyst (Austin)

Tarvos Talent is seeking a driven and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst for a contract opportunity with a thriving company in the South Austin area. This role was created to provide additional support on key projects and offers the chance to make an immediate impact within a dynamic organization.

As a Senior FP&A Analyst contractor, youll manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support operations while improving reporting efficiency. Youll also create dashboards, monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and drive better financial insights.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of finance experience in FP&A or process-oriented accounting, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a sharp analytical mindset with high attention to detail. A bachelors degree in finance or accounting is required, along with a solid understanding of GAAP and expense recognition rules. Experience with SAP, Power BI, or Tableau is highly preferred, and a proactive, solution-driven approach will set you apart.
