This position is responsible for serving as the first escalation point for testing and programming operations while ensuring proper operation of test equipment and supporting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities : Serve as first escalation contact for leak test, final run test, and programming operations Support end-of-line test associates to ensure daily production targets are met Maintain and troubleshoot testing and programming equipment on assembly and support lines Troubleshoot heat pump and test equipment failures to identify root cause and provide resolution Report issues using FPY reports and drive improvements using problem-solving techniques Train operators on run-off stations and identify improvement opportunities and training gaps Validate and update test program troubleshooting information, work instructions, and sequence cards Recognize test process deficiencies and develop improvement options with test engineer Qualifications : Required : Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR High School diploma / GED with 7+ years manufacturing / test experience 3+ years of manufacturing and / or engineering experience 3+ years of experience working in team environment Flexibility to work changing shifts as required Preferred : Manufacturing or engineering internship experience Ability to use piping schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and work instructions Effective problem-solving skills using proven methodologies Strong project management and planning abilities Experience with product launches and quality requirements Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and involvement in previous assignments Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently Check out our website at www.availasearch.com!
