WHY WE\'RE LOOKING FOR YOU
We're expanding our post-sales team to partner closely with our strategic customers and help onboard them to the Retool platform. The ideal candidate should be able to think about the growth strategy of an account and work with customers through the technical details of deploying Retool at scale.
What you'll do
Technical Account Managers (TAMs) at Retool ensure the technical success of our most strategic accounts. With a deep understanding of our product and a passion for problem-solving, TAMs work closely with customers to maximize value from Retool. From onboarding to identifying new use cases, teaching best practices, and addressing technical challenges, TAMs are the go-to technical experts for our customers.
Who you\'ll work with
As a TAM, you\'ll collaborate with a dedicated team, including account executives, professional services, sales engineers, and support engineers. Together, you\'ll ensure customers are healthy and deriving value from their Retool investment.

Salary and benefits
For candidates based in the United States, there are three geographic pay zones. The salary ranges listed reflect base salaries or OTE for non-base components. Additional compensation may include equity, and / or bonuses, dependent on the position offered. Retool offers a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
Pay and benefits are subject to change. Specific ranges vary by location and career level and will be refined during the interview process.
Salary ranges cited : $148,625 - $201,125 USD; $126,375 - $170,875 USD; $104,000 - $140,750 USD.
