We are seeking a dedicated QA Admin to manage the Quality Management System (QMS) database and support the preparation and creation of quality, manufacturing, testing, inspection, validation, and product development-related documents. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records and maintaining an accurate file history. Responsibilities include managing and updating filed records as needed, initiating, routing, approving, releasing, and analyzing change requests, assisting with managing customer field complaints, deviations, nonconformances, and corrective and preventative actions, managing and auditing training records, creating a variety of documents to support regulatory compliance, quality, and R&D functions, participating and assisting in audits, engaging deeply with the quality system, understanding change orders, and transitions, conducting administrative work within the QMS, including monitoring and resolving change requests in the Redzone system, and preparing to take over Annual Product Reviews (APRs) as part of professional growth.

Essential skills include proficiency in QMS and Change Order processes, a strong foundation in Quality Assurance, at least 2 years of experience in QA, specifically in OTC or Medical Device industries, and 2 years of experience with Change Controls. Additional skills and qualifications include a high school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree.

Work Environment

The position operates within both an office and a manufacturing setting. Standard working hours are from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with some overtime required. Employees will benefit from 5 days of PTO and paid holidays while on contract.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
