Job descriptionProspect and build relationships with commercial clients Present innovative pest control solutions Collaborate with internal teams to close deals Manage accounts and uncover upsell opportunities Crush sales goals and celebrate wins! 1+ year in sales or sales support (pest control experience = bonus!) Strong communication & presentation skills CRM savvy (PestPac experience is a plus) A curious mind and a hunger to grow PTO starting at 80 hours / year (up to 200!) 8 paid holidays Year-round employment Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match Ongoing training & development Peer-to-peer recognition program
