Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Business Litigation Associate (3–5 years) for its Las Vegas office.

This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized litigation practice with a strong presence in Nevada. The team handles high-stakes commercial disputes across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, energy, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

Conduct and defend depositions, handle expert discovery, and appear in court

Collaborate with a dynamic, national litigation team

Ideal Candidate

3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm or through a judicial clerkship

Strong command of civil procedure and case strategy

Courtroom and deposition experience required

Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

Admission to the Nevada Bar (or eligibility for admission); admission in Arizona, California, or Colorado is a plus

Outstanding academic credentials

Compensation

$215,000 – $325,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience
