Threat Tec is hiring Support Staff Analysts across OPFOR Work Areas Alpha / Bravo / Charlie / Delta to plan, execute, and assess OPFOR operations during MCTP events. You will integrate maneuver and enabling functions, maintain the OPFOR common operational picture, and deliver realistic, adaptive opposition.

Responsibilities :

• Assist WA leads with OPFOR planning, synchronization, and battle tracking; develop inputs to OPORDs / FRAGOs and reporting.
• Create and manage control measures, OOB updates, and event injects within WARSIM / JLCCTC and EXCON tools; coordinate with WSCs.
• Replicate staff processes that challenge training audiences across the warfighting functions and echelons.
• Capture observations and data to support AARs and continuous improvement.
