College Admissions Counselor

A company is looking for a Computer Science College Admissions Counselor to assist high school students through the college admissions process.

Responsibilities

Keep up to date with current college admission changes

Advise students on extracurricular activities and help with meaningful summer plans

Provide guidance through the entire application process, including personal statements and essay reviews

Qualifications

Graduate from a top 50 national university; advanced degrees are a plus

Degree in computer science or deep expertise in the field

Experience as a college counselor with a track record of successful student admissions

Availability in the afternoons and / or weekends to meet with students

Passion for education and experience in essay writing and editing
