Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Cloud Consultant. The Senior Cloud Consultant will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical leadership for delivering cloud solutions to customers, while also act as an individual contributor on a technical delivery team.

The work :

Provide day-to-day technical leadership for the delivery team, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of cloud solutions to customers.

Lead distinct tasks within projects, utilizing your expertise to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions.

Develop and implement cloud-based systems, leveraging best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CDK and Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure.

Architect, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelines to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the software development lifecycle.

Write and maintain advanced Python code for automation, application logic, and integrations.

Create and enforce comprehensive documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical specifications to support the development and deployment processes.

Present technical solutions and project updates to executives, IT management, and developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.

Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications using AWS services

Containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience obtaining ATO for cloud-based workloads

Familiarity with industry frameworks / standards and customer-specific security practices

JavaScript / Typescript experience

API Integration

CNE based networking

Automating deployment of cloud-based architectures using DevOps practices, including automated testing and CI / CD pipelines

Here’s what you need :

5+ years software development tools and methodologies

3+ years documentation and written communication

1+ year presenting to executives, IT Management, or developers

Within six months : (1) AWS certification - Solutions Architect - Associate

Security clearance :

• Active TS / SCI with polygraph clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $108,400—$203,400 USD
