Full Time Dentist - Abingdon, MD A well-established, high-volume dental office in Abingdon, MD is hiring a General Dentist to join their experienced team. Step into a full schedule from day one with total clinical autonomy and a supportive, long-tenured staff. Base Salary : $600 $800 per day + Monthly Collection Bonus
Schedule
M - F 8 - 5 (Friday until 3)
No evenings or weekends

What You'll Do
Perform comprehensive general dentistry : exams, restorative, crowns, endo, and extractions
Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Build strong patient relationships based on trust and communication
Work closely with a skilled clinical team to maintain efficiency and care quality
Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation
What You'll Bring
Active DDS / DMD license in Maryland
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads considered)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
