Key Responsibilities :

Lead estimating for commercial roofing and related projects

Own bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, and proposal development

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless handoffs

Mentor and develop our junior estimator (currently learning fast)

Analyze job costs, support margin protection, track financial performance

Improve estimating processes, tools, and templates as part of system growth

Assist in building client relationships and growing the pipeline

Youll Thrive Here If You :

Have 5+ years in construction estimating roofing highly preferred

Are detail-oriented, disciplined, and margin-conscious
