We are looking for a fully remote Technical Recruiter with coding fluency! This is not a traditional sourcing or HR role. Your primary objective will be to move beyond resume keyword matching and truly qualify candidates based on functional coding ability and architectural understanding.

Core Expectations and Responsibilities :

• Deep Technical Assessment : Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with IT and Software Engineering candidates (from Junior Developer to Principal Engineer) with the ability to discuss fundamental coding concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Pipeline Management : Oversee full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical requisitions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Assessment Design : Help design, iterate, and refine our technical screening processes, including reviewing and suggesting appropriate tools, coding challenges, and take-home assignments.
• Sourcing Strategy : Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to target high-caliber technical talent, focusing on communities, platforms, and demographics where engineers with deep coding skills are found.

We are looking for someone who combines a passion for talent acquisition with demonstrable technical aptitude.

This experience must come from one of the following :

o Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or similar hands-on technical role.

o Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a degree program in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (with demonstrable technical projects).
