Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial operations for industrial service and manufacturing clients across the Southeast (or Midwest – hiring for both) region of the United States. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for achieving revenue goals, driving market growth, and strengthening customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing services — particularly within industries such as pulp & paper, process manufacturing, or engineered materials. The Regional Sales Manager will partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, and Service) to ensure operational excellence, strong customer engagement, and continued business expansion.
