Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic QA Partner to lead and evolve our Quality Assurance practice into a proactive, business-aligned capability. This role goes beyond traditional QA management-it's about driving quality as a strategic enabler of business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-directed, results-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and can influence across teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

This individual will co-own the advancement of the QA program alongside the Application Delivery Chapter Lead, championing innovation in testing practices, optimizing resource utilization (onshore / offshore), and aligning QA efforts with enterprise technology and business strategies.

Responsibilities

Strategic Quality Leadership

• Act as a strategic quality partner to product managers and engineering leads, embedding QA practices throughout the product lifecycle-from ideation to release and iteration.
• Influence product roadmaps by providing quality insights, risk assessments, and recommendations that support scalable, reliable, and user-centric solutions.
• Champion a culture of quality across product teams, advocating for testability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Product-Centric QA Enablement

Operational Excellence in Agile Environments

Talent Development & Vendor Strategy

Data-Driven Quality Insights

Present actionable insights to product leadership, enabling informed decisions on prioritization, risk mitigation, and technical debt

Qualifications

Salary Range : $109,000 -$147,500

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience / level and skillset.
