Position Summary
The Mortgage Servicing Professional I is responsible for executing a range of mortgage loan servicing tasks with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and member satisfaction. Key responsibilities include auditing new loan setups, maintaining loan account systems, and addressing member servicing requests. This role also provides guidance to junior staff and resolves escalated borrower inquiries. In addition, proactively identifies and implements process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency, while applying advanced knowledge to assess and mitigate risk.
Qualifications / Experience
2-4 years of mortgage servicing experience.Specific knowledge of mortgage servicing concepts, escrow administration, and applicable regulatory compliance.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications : Outlook, Word, ExcelKnowledge of mortgage origination, collection, and loss mitigation process and regulations preferred.In-depth knowledge of mortgage servicing and regulatory compliance.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based oncomprehensive knowledge of servicing guidelines and policies.
Expertise in managing complex servicing tasks, including loan modifications.Proven ability to resolve high-level customer service issues and escalations.Strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff.Exhibits exceptional customer service abilities.Proficiency in using advanced mortgage-related software and othertechnological tools.
Strong collaborative ability and conveying information clearly in bothspoken and written forms.
Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to improve servicingprocesses and outcomes.
Salary Range :
Minimum - $47,980Maximum - $76,769Benefits :
