Call Center Agent

We're hiring on-site Call Center Agents to support a variety of inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for our diverse client portfolio. In this weekend-based role, you'll handle incoming inquiries, assist customers with product and process-related questions, and represent our clients with professionalism and care.

We're looking for individuals who are highly dependable, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn. This is an entry-level opportunity with competitive pay based on experience. While previous contact center experience is a plus, it's not required.

Position Responsibilities

In this role, you handle inbound and outbound calls, helping to support customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions. It requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

In addition to providing exceptional service, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
  • Research internal systems to locate missing information and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and process claims
  • Engage in fact-finding conversations to identify the best solutions for customers
  • Use training and knowledge base tools to answer questions while adhering to scripts and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on system and process changes
  • Follow all attendance and scheduling requirements

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient
  • Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Team-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Physical Requirements

    This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
