Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of customers and conduct ongoing business reviews

Provide consultative services and training on the company's products

Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer-facing healthcare consulting or customer success

1+ years of experience in healthcare provider, payer, or life sciences

Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus

Ability to thrive in high-pressure, changing environments

Self-motivated and organized with the capability to manage multiple projects
