Swoon's largest client in the motor vehicle manufacturing industry is actively seeking strong Network Engineers to troubleshoot and lead incident response across Cisco Meraki, firewall, and routing / switching environments.

Role Details :

  • Contract Duration : 6 months or more, potential for full time conversion
  • Schedule : HYBRID, 3-4 days onsite in Scottsdale, AZ office
  • Open to W2 OR C2C

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot Meraki devices and firewalls.
  • Handle incident and service requests (ServiceNow).
  • Join and contribute confidently on bridge calls.
  • Support 24x7 operations via follow-the-sun with India team.
  • Potentially serve as shift leads (manage 4–5 people per shift).

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Level 2 NOC / Network Engineer experience.
  • CCNA preferred, CCNP preferred.
  • Strong networking fundamentals (firewall, routing, switching).
  • Personality : confident, process ownership, able to speak up on calls
