Software Support Analyst

Innovative Systems, Inc, one of the world’s most trusted providers of best-of-breed data quality and compliance solutions is looking for a talented Software Support Analyst to be part of our Technical Customer Experience team.

You will support clients utilizing our award winning, anti-terrorism / anti-money laundering software in the Americas and possibly other parts of the world.  Location :

• Based in our World Headquarters, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with the ability to work a hybrid schedule.

If not based in Pittsburgh, we would also consider remote work options for candidates living in the following areas :
