Position Overview : We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at Zones. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic business decisions, financial planning, and operational excellence across the organization. To be successful in this role, the Senior FP&A Analyst must be a critical thinker, skilled communicator, and collaborative partner who can deliver clear financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating value and positioning our company as a leader in the IT solutions market.

What You'll Do As The Senior FP&A Analyst :

• Prepare and support materials for executive reporting, including C-suite and Board of Directors with clear, data-driven insights
• Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics
• Help us understand where we have room for improvement across the P&L
• Partner with leadership to develop and maintain company-wide financial models, forecasts, budgets, and proformas
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, recommending initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Accounting to align financial and operational goals
• Identify and streamline processes, drive standardization and build scalable solutions to support our next phase of elevated growth and scale
• Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to deliver dynamic dashboards and enhance reporting accuracy
• Continuously improve the accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting systems, and performance management processes
