Responsibilities

• Main Responsibility : Support of internal and external clients of IT resources which includes maintenance of hardware and software and also maintains organization and tracking of day-to-day support activities for Manufacturing Facility.
• Essential Functions : Microsoft platform administration - Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Network operations - Support routine monitoring and maintenance of switches, firewalls, VPN, and wifi.
• IBM i daily operations - Participate in user administration, backup checks, and replication monitoring.
• Support ERP System including label printing and peripheral integrations.
• EDI transaction monitoring - Troubleshoot and support EDI functionality for the automotive marketplace.
• Virtual infrastructure - Support of VMware ESXi / vCenter clusters
