What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement individualized ABA programs for children in both clinic and home-based settings.
- Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team to ensure therapy is consistent, effective, and tailored to each child’s needs.
- Exercise clinical autonomy in decision-making, with support from a team that values your professional judgement.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, helping to foster growth and a positive team culture.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, including CEU opportunities and clinical training.
