Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a short-term acute care hospital with a 536-bed capacity
  • CT Tech role with 1 : 1 patient ratio
  • Work schedule is 4x10 hour day shifts from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
  • Weekend coverage required on Sundays
  • No on-call or floating within hospital units, but may float to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
  • Epic charting experience is required
  • Travelers are expected to float to sister facilities as needed
  • Must be willing to work at least 3 of the 5 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
  • Scrub color is flexible; any color may be worn
  • Former permanent staff must wait a minimum of 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not live within 50 miles of the facility
  • Online training modules must be completed before start and annually
  • Minimal requested time off is permitted, and all RTO must be submitted up front

  • Minimum of 1 year recent CT Tech experience
  • Current CT licensure if applicable
  • Must have recent Epic EMR experience
  • Must provide two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for assignment
  • SSN and date of birth required for consideration
