Job descriptionRatios are typically 1 : 3-1 : 5 depending on acuity Patient Type : cardiac patients, trach patients, respiratory patients with high flow, and a number of different gtt's, usually Cardizem. 2 Years min required on a Step Down / PCU Unit within the last 3 months Experienced with this level of care, titrating cardiac medications, etc. Must be willing to work weekends 2 Years min required on a Step Down / PCU Unit within the last 3 months Experienced with this level of care, titrating cardiac medications, etc. Must be willing to work weekends First Day Instructions sent by Inspira directly to the worker by 5pm the Friday prior to Monday start. The worker will receive three emails from Inspira regarding orientation and scheduling.
