Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Land Planning, Geology, Engineering, Construction Management, Mining, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
4+ years experience in related field
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Proven strategic, analytical and financial skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with owners and consultants
Ability to work in high functioning environments and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines
Ability to interpret land title reports
GIS experience
Demonstrated proficiency of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate across wide stakeholder groups
Ability to properly manage and prioritize resources and projects
Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, owners and consultants

Base Salary Range:
$102,749.00 - $196,703.00Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
